Prior to joining HC Group, Deema worked at an HR consulting firm in California and held internships in the U.S. federal and state governments.
Deema holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science: American Politics from UC San Diego and a Master's degree in International Public Policy from University College London.
After being exposed to U.S. and international energy policy during my master's programme and my internships, I am enjoying the direct interactions I have with those working in the Gas and LNG markets. Executive search in the energy industry is both exciting and rewarding work.
