Her experience spans compensation advisory, capability benchmarking, and competitive analysis, enabling organisations to better understand their market position and strengthen long-term competitiveness. With a strong interest in how data, people, and strategy connect, she helps organisations build structures and processes that enable sustainable, high-impact outcomes.
Abigail holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Bristol, including a year abroad at the National University of Singapore, which gives her a unique perspective on the broader mechanisms underpinning global commodity markets and on how geography, geopolitics, and the energy transition are reshaping the commodity landscape.
