Jay Perhar
Jay joined HC Group in 2025 as a Senior Associate and works within the Bulks practice in EMEA, based in the London office.
Prior to HC Group, Jay came from an Executive search background working exclusively with Hedge Funds, placing commodity-focused Portfolio Managers across leading multi-strategy platforms, with a particular expertise in proprietary trading. He now draws on this client-side insight to lead senior search mandates, placing talent within global commodity merchants, trading houses, and hedge funds.
Jay graduated with a degree in Business Management from Coventry University.
