As Global Head of Technology and Head of North America Corporate Functions at HC Group, Richard lead our recruitment efforts across a range of senior leadership mandates.
His remit spans global searches within Technology, Data & Quants, and regional oversight across Risk, Middle Office, Finance & Accounting, Legal & Compliance, and HR.
He partners closely with CROs, CFOs, General Counsels, and Chief HR Officers to build and strengthen the leadership teams that support and enable high-performing trading organisations.
