Olivia graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelors in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Prior to joining HC Group, Olivia worked in talent acquisition roles within the hospitality and food & beverage industry, as well as the global technology and distribution sector, supporting hiring across fast-paced, customer-facing organizations.
She later moved into commodities recruitment as an Associate Director at an executive search firm, focusing on relationship-driven search work and partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the energy and trading markets.
