Erika Fajardo
Erika joined HC Group in 2021 and works within the Liquid Fuels practice in Abu Dhabi, supporting mandates across the Middle East region.
Erika is responsible for the operations and logistics mandates across the Middle East. She specialises in placing individuals across trading and commercial operations, shipping/freight operations, claims and demurrage, as well as trade finance positions at all levels.
Erika previously supported internal recruitment functions in the UK and in Colombia, in industries such as FMCG and Banking sector.
She holds a Masters in Human Resources Management from Fundesem Business School, Spain, and studied Psychology at Universidad Santo Tomás, Colombia.
