Shanez Fernando joined HC Group in 2020 and is currently a Senior Associate within the Talent Intelligence team, based in London.
She specialises in delivering strategic insights across global commodity trading markets, supporting clients with capability benchmarking, organisational design, and compensation strategies.
In her role, Shanez partners with leading trading organisations to navigate complex challenges around talent retention, organisational effectiveness, and skills transformation — particularly within evolving markets such as LNG, power, and renewables. Leveraging her deep sector knowledge, she helps clients make data-driven decisions on how to structure, reward, and develop high-performing teams.
