Nicole Dunkerley
Nicole joined HC Group in 2024 as a Senior Associate with a focus on Trading Technology and Innovation in the Middle East.
Nicole will soon be relocating to the Abu Dhabi office, where she will provide on-the-ground support and drive tech hiring in the region.
She started her recruitment career in financial technology, working with top percentile talent across the hedge fund and HFT space, before transitioning into commodities in 2023. At HC she is leveraging this blend of knowledge to support front-to-back digitalisation and innovation initiatives for clients in MENA.
Nicole holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in International Business and Management from the University of Kent and is fluent in Italian.
I feel strongly about the value of DEI and have previously led a number of initiatives to champion diversity.
