David Baranowski
David joined HC Group in 2008 and is the Managing Director in Houston, overseeing HC Group's North American activities.
Based in Houston, but having initially joined HC Group in London, David has extensive expertise globally in assisting clients with a variety of strategic, functional and operational roles across the different commodity value chains.
As of 2023, David has assumed the role of Managing Director for HC Group's North American commercial activities. With a wide-ranging portfolio encompassing all product and functional practices, he now orchestrates operations across the region, leveraging his extensive industry knowledge to further strengthen HC Group's market position.
I am most passionate about seeing the growth in people, both internally at HC Group and externally with our clients and candidates, and seeing the value they add to our sector.
